What Is "Against The Machine: Delaware Zine?"

A zine created by high school student Parker Swanhart. All my life I've always loved getting involved in my community, over the past few years I've fallen in love with the art scene especially in Delaware. I decided to create this Zine so I can talk about really cool people doing really cool things that people need to know about, to outreach artists, it's really important to support local art and I want people to see that!!
